Walter Jennings & Son does not do legal aid or publically funded work itself. However, the head office of Frank Brazell & Partners Limited in Islington can advise and assist you under legal aid / publically funded schemes. Do contact us in the first instance and we can advise you how to deal with that. It is possible to see you in either the Kentish Town or Islington offices, whichever is most convenient for you.
Because of our merger with Frank Brazell & Partners Limited, Walter Jennings & son can now offer a full range of services in all areas of family law. We have a team which combines enthusiasm with experience, determination with compassion. We are committed to obtaining the best results for our clients whilst giving relevant and considered advice.
The firm has four members of the Law Society’s specialist Children’s Panel and a number of other qualified lawyers who specialise in family law and are members of Resolution ( formerly the Solicitors Family Law association) a body committed to promoting a spirit of non confrontation in which matters can be dealt with in a sensitive, constructive and cost effective way. We are supported by a number of case workers, trainee solicitors and secretarial staff.
Whatever your situation, and whether or not you have decided you to want to end your relationship, seeking legal advice early could help you clear your thoughts. We can give you advice on where you stand legally and help you evaluate your options. We can help with many of the practical issues which arise when relationships breakdown.
